What We Do
The Messick Team offers home-sellers three listing options when selling their homes.
Option One is our Flat Fee MLS listing service, which enables home-sellers to pay a low flat fee upfront to have their homes listed in the MLS and represent themselves on their sales transaction. The same MLS that professional agents use when listing their properties.
Option Two is our Agent Assistance listing service. Where we provide all of the services in our Flat Fee MLS listing service in addition to having a professional real estate broker available to review offers and give you real estate transaction advice to help direct you to a successful close of your real estate transaction.
Option Three is our Discount Full-Service listing. This option provides many of the same services they would receive from a traditional real estate agent at a discounted listing commission that ranges from 0.5% to 1.5%. Now you can say goodbye to 6% commissions!
