When Greg and Ronel Messick founded Realty Net in 2001, the goal was simple, to create a new type of real estate brokerage that would embrace the latest internet technology to improve the home buying and selling experience. To develop processes and services that allow us to provide outstanding service at a fair price while enabling the tech-savvy home-sellers to pay for the level of service they choose.

Realty Net became one of the first and most successful online real estate brokerages in Oregon and has represented thousands of home-sellers and saved them thousands of dollars in commissions. After almost two decades, this marketing approach has evolved into what is known today as the “Fee-For-Service” business model. The processes and services developed by Realty Net over the years is our foundation for the Messick Team expansion.
